    CCAA

The CCAA (Culprit Coronary Artery Algorithm) module is designed for use with SCHILLER electrocardiographs and software. CCAA effectively uses 12 ECG leads to optimise  diagnosis and management of patients with  acute chest pain. To know which cardiac area  is threatened to be lost, if coronary flow is not  restored, is of critical importance in decision making. It allows optimal management of the acute  chest pain patient both outside the hospital and  in the emergency room, identifying patients in  need of admission to a hospital, where a percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) can be performed.

    FEATURES

    • Uses the ST-segment deviation vector of 12 ECG leads to indicate the site of occlusion in the culprit artery
    • That information is combined with other ECG findings and a limited number of questions
    • A software algorithm including a decision tree will give directions about the preferred therapy
    • Medical institutions, cardiology departments, intensive care units

The CCAA (Culprit Coronary Artery Algorithm) software is an innovative tool for automatically analyzing electrocardiograms to identify the affected coronary artery in patients with suspected acute myocardial infarction. The algorithm is used in emergency cardiology and helps doctors to quickly and accurately localize ischemia, increasing the effectiveness of treatment.

The CCAA module is fully compatible with electrocardiographs that support integration with ETM+ or specialized cardiac software. Thanks to its simple interface, the software provides easy analysis, integrates with existing infrastructure, and does not require complex staff training.
