CARDIOVIT CS-200 Excellence
The CARDIOVIT CS-200 Excellence ergospirometry system is a modern 16-channel system for recording, analyzing and evaluating ECG at rest, during exercise and rhythm studies. The device supports automatic interpretation, arrhythmia detection, vector cardiogram analysis, athlete testing (Seattle Criteria), as well as Duke Treadmill Score risk assessment.
FEATURES
- Resting ECG, Rhythm ECG, Exercise ECG with 12 or 16 leads
- Vector Cardiogram (3D) - ECG is displayed as vector loops
- Automatic ECG interpretation (ETM) for adults and children, including ETM Sport for athletes
- Duke Treadmill Score risk analysis
- Intuitive interface with direct access keys and F1-F12 shortcuts
- 3, 6, 12, 15 or 16 leads (standard, Cabrera, NEHB, Frank, right precordial, left posterior, user configurable)
- Averaged ECG signal is a specialized ECG analysis technique that allows you to detect very weak, hidden abnormal electrical signals of the heart that are not visible on a standard electrocardiogram. During a normal ECG, the recording can be affected by various noises: muscle contractions, movements, electrical interference, etc. The signal is averaged multiple times - from 100 to 300 heart cycles - to reduce noise and enhance the true electrical signal of the myocardium.
- Arrhythmia analysis, AF Toolbox for detecting atrial fibrillation. Atrial fibrillation is the most common cardiac arrhythmia and the most common cause of strokes and cerebral infarcts. In most patients, atrial fibrillation is difficult to detect and the AF Toolbox has been developed to help detect atrial fibrillations without invasive procedures. Waveforms of the atrial and the ventricular activities are displayed separately and the detailed information on the atrial activity allows detection of various types of atrial fibrillations that are otherwise easily missed. The program separates the atrial activity from the ventricular activity so that the atrial activity can be analysed in isolation from the ventricular activity to detect atrial fibrillation. Analysis is made on the P wave. The morphology of the P wave gives indications of possible disease; for a disturbed AV transition (for example AV block), the atrial rate and the ventricular rate differ.
