    CARDIOVIT CS-104

Ergospirometry system based on CARDIOVIT CS-104 for ECG studies, which provides high-quality 12-leads ECG recording at rest and during physical exertion. The device can also be expanded with an optional spirometry module for assessing respiratory function. The system is suitable for adults and children, supports the use of wired or wireless ECG recorders and has powerful software for analysis and interpretation of results.

    FEATURES

    • High-precision 12-leads ECG recording with support for filters, scaling and measurements
    • Wireless MS-12 blue recorder with Bluetooth connection and wired MS-12 USB recorder
    • Support for FT-1 as a streaming signal amplifier or standalone device
    • Optional spirometry with accurate measurement of FVC, SVC, MVV, including calibration
    • Exercise ECG with full ST-segment expansion, customizable protocols, control of a cycle track or a cycle ergometer
    • Automatic ECG interpretation (ETM, ETM Sport), including criteria for athletes (Seattle Criteria 2017). The Seattle Criteria 2017 is an updated set of guidelines for interpreting ECGs in athletes, designed to distinguish normal physiological changes in the heart associated with exercise from pathological changes that may indicate heart disease, such as cardiomyopathies or arrhythmogenic conditions.
    • Vector ECG features for 3D visualization of the electrical activity of the heart. A vector cardiogram tracks the direction and magnitude of the electrical activity of the heart throughout the cardiac cycle. It is created from three orthogonal leads X, Y, Z. The size (magnitude) and direction of the vector are indicated by three spatial coordinates (X, Y, and Z). The shape, direction of rotation, orientation, and speed of rotation of individual loops are dominant factors for analyzing the vector cardiogram.
    • Compatibility with pharmacological testing (PharmaStress) with a separate interface. PharmaStress recording is used to record the ECG signal while a patient is taking medications to determine their effect on the heart rhythm. Similar to the exercise ECG, protocols can be defined that specify at what time intervals during the ECG recording a certain amount of medication should be administered.
