MIOT Supported the Charitable Organization “Hospitallers” with Critically Important Components for Patient Monitoring - MIOT

Medical Individually Optimized Technologies (MIOT) has delivered a batch of spare parts for patient monitors to the Hospitallers volunteer medical unit.

In field conditions, even minor technical failures can have serious consequences. If a cable disconnects or a battery discharges during transport, medics lose control over a wounded patient’s vital signs. For this reason, MIOT, as the official distributor of Philips in Ukraine, provided the necessary components to ensure stable equipment performance.

The crews received:

– Reusable SpO2 sensor (adult) — 14 units
– Lithium-ion intelligent battery, 2 Ah, for X3 — 6 units
– Lithium-ion intelligent battery, 1 Ah, for X2 — 6 units
– 3-lead trunk cable set, AAMI/IEC 2.7 m — 14 units
– Reusable Easy Care adult cuff — 14 units
– 5-lead cable set for ICU — 14 units
– Extension cable (2 m) — 8 units
– Non-invasive blood pressure measurement kit for adults, 3 m — 8 units

These components ensure accurate monitoring of oxygen saturation, heart rate, and blood pressure during evacuation and patient stabilization.

The Hospitallers have been providing emergency pre-medical care since 2014, operating where it is needed most. Volunteer combat medics work on the front line, risking their lives to save Ukrainian defenders, wounded civilians, and abandoned animals. Over 42,000 wounded individuals have been evacuated since the organization was founded.

Philips is an international health technology company developing solutions for patient monitoring, intensive care, and emergency medicine. Its equipment is widely used in hospitals worldwide and is known for its reliability.

The transfer of spare parts represents not only technical assistance but also responsible partnership. MIOT consistently supports those who save lives every day and continues strengthening Ukraine’s medical infrastructure even under the most challenging conditions.
